MGA Entertainment, the company that manufactures the Bratz dolls has lost their case against Mattel. For those of you that don’t know, Mattel sued MGA Entertainment for infringing on the Barbie doll copyright when they hired a former Mattel employee and used his designs. The suit claimed that the designer made the dolls while still working at Mattel.
